Step 1:
Makumbusho Village Museum
An open-air ethnographic museum showcasing traditional houses from over 120 ethnic groups of Tanzania, built in their original forms. The exhibition highlights the lifestyle, customs, and building styles of each community. Local dance performances may also enhance the experience.
Step 02:
National Museum and House of Culture
The historical museum of Dar es Salaam, which presents Tanzania’s history from prehistory to colonial times and the modern era. You can see tribal tools, archaeological finds (such as the Olduvai Gorge skull), as well as exhibitions related to the history of independence. After the city tour, we will return to the port and depart by ferry back to Zanzibar at 4:00PM.
