A: You can book directly through our website or contact us via WhatsApp/Email. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time slot.
What watersports activities do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range including jet skiing, parasailing, snorkeling, stand‑up paddle boarding (SUP), clear kayak tours, catamaran sailing, etc.
Are there age restrictions for watersports?
Yes. Most activities are suitable for children aged 6 years and above. Jet ski riders must be at least 15 years old, while snorkeling and kayaking are family‑friendly contact us for more details
Do I need prior experience?
No. Beginners are welcome. Our professional instructors provide safety briefings and guidance before every activity.
What is included in the Water Sports Packages?
All packages include equipment, safety gear, professional guides, and bottled water. Some tours also include refreshments or light snacks.
What should I bring with me?
Swimwear, sunscreen, a hat, and a waterproof camera if desired. Towels are recommended for after the activity.
Are your watersports safe?
Yes. Safety is our priority. All activities are supervised by trained staff, and life jackets are provided for every guest.
Can I book private Water sports sessions?
Absolutely. Private sessions and group bookings are available for families, couples, or special events.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For safety reasons, activities may be rescheduled or canceled in case of rough seas or heavy rain. Guests will be offered an alternative date or a refund.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% charge.
- No‑shows are charged in full.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, with bank transaction fees deducted.
Do you offer refunds for cancellations?
Yes. Full refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the activity, and 50% refunds apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. No refunds are provided for no‑shows. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Why are bank charges deducted from refunds?
Payment gateways and banks charge transaction fees that we cannot recover once a payment is processed. To remain fair and transparent, we deduct only these unavoidable charges from the refund amount. This ensures you receive the majority of your payment back while protecting our business from losses.
