Booking Confirmation
All transfers must be booked in advance through our website, WhatsApp, or email.
Payment
Payment can be made online or in cash upon arrival.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick‑up time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% charge.
- No‑shows are charged in full.
Refunds
- Full refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before pick‑up time.
- 50% refunds apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
- No refunds are provided for no‑shows.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
